Roles & Responsibilities:
• Deliver foundational training in Java Enterprise Edition to upskill and cross-skill technology talent.
• Contribute to course content development and creation of questions for certification and assessments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training aligns with industry standards and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Java Enterprise Edition and related technologies to ensure training remains relevant and effective. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
• Good To Have Skills:Experience with related technologies such as Spring Framework, Hibernate, and RESTful web services.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
• Experience with training and development, including course content creation and delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful training and development solutions.
