Job Description

    We are currently hiring for a Leading construction chemical company for concrete division for Technical ServicesLocation- VishakhapatnamEducation - Civil Graduate mandatoryJob Description
    • Ensure implementation of all Market Development Plans / Modules and provide insights on the effectiveness.
    • Keep track of competition activities in the cluster.
    • To engage and drive various initiatives with Large Contractor.
    • Implement training programs for skill development of End users like Painters, Civil Contractors, Painting Contractors, Water proofers
    • Implementation & feedback of loyalty programs.
    • Effective implementation of modules related to New Product (NP), Product Under Launch (PUL) & Young Product (YP):
    • Direct responsibility of accomplishing market research / insight projects as per the Market Insight Calendar provided by the HO within the stipulated timelines.
    • Conduct reviews of BDE/BDOs, track performances against identified key indicators
    • Provide inputs on decided norms / parameters for the generation of database of users/influencers
    • Ensure implementation of CRM in the region in coordination
    • Ensure execution of marketing plans for pilot projects as per the guidelines of HO
