We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Head to join its dynamic Human Resources team.The Candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, managing, and overseeing the talent acquisition and recruitment process. The company is looking for an ambitious and Self-Driven candidate.Responsible for finding, recruiting, hiring, and retaining talented candidates, oversee the planning, developing, and implementing a new and productive Talent Acquisition strategy.Talent Acquisition Lead duties and responsibilities:- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Head or similar role with volume hiring experience- Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques- The candidate should have well-rounded experience in managing TA process end to end- Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. social networks)- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR databases- Good team-management abilities- Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners, and candidates)- 10 years of experience as TA Manager or similar HR role- Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological tests etc.)- Hands-on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards- Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools- Ability to motivate employees- A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the companys success- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills- Masters in human resources management or relevant field.,
