Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage relationships with corporate agencies to drive business growth.
• Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Collaborate with corporate partners to identify sales opportunities and deliver tailored insurance solutions.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to sales team members to enhance their performance and productivity.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify strategic opportunities for growth.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in any stream
• Minimum of 0.6 months to 3 years of experience in the insurance industry, banking sales, or related fields.
• Proven track record of success in driving sales and achieving targets.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
