Key Responsibilities-Drive performance & budget achievement of entire RBO branches to achieve Banca channels top and bottom line while maintaining defined LR - Identify and implement ways to drive the renewal business and ensure retention ratio - Conduct campaigns to ensure activation at each and every branch on a regular basis - Ensure business activation (branch and SP) at for SBI bank branches to achieve minimum business commitment - Drive performance of focus products and new products launched - Gross Written Premium - Gross Written Premium from new / in focus / region - Loss Ratio - Activation (Branch/SP) - Gross Written Premium renewals / retention budget.Business Performance Review -Conduct meetings with new customers, visit the corporate clients to ensure business growth - Conduct periodic reviews with RBO to drive business numbers and address any concerns which may be hampering business Assess and consider all kinds of risk to make informed decisions - Avg. adherence score of branches in the territory Relationship Management - Provide detailed information aboveRelationship Management -Provide detailed information about new products and new selling techniques to grow the business - Develop and maintain relationship with all the key stakeholders at the Banca partners to achieve increase volume growth - Identify and motivate suitable candidates for SP programEducation Qualifications -Graduate in any streamCore experience 3-4 years of work experience in sales of GI Insurance industry Preferable Knowledge/Expe rience Knowledge of GI productsintrested candidate share resume on this mail id -Sourcing.cell1@Sbigeneral.in
