Our mission isto empower businesses with innovative ERP solutions that streamline operations and enhanceproductivity.We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. Theideal candidate will be responsible for selling our Odoo ERP implementation services to SMBs, andreaching out to decision-makers through email, telephone, and physical visits. The Executive willplay a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:Identify and target potential SMB clients in Andhra Pradesh/Telangana for Odoo ERPimplementation.Develop and execute effective sales strategies to reach decision-makers.Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of OdooERP.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction andloyalty.Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations.Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the ERP or business softwaresolutions industry.Keen understanding of key business processes, preferably in the manufacturing industry.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong understanding of ERP systems, preferably Odoo ERP.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Telugu.Willingness to travel for client meetings and sales presentations.What We Offer:Competitive salary and commission structure.Comprehensive training on Odoo ERP and our implementation services.Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement to leadership roles.A supportive and collaborative work environment.Travel and mobile allowances.If you are a passionate sales professional with a knack for selling innovative ERP solutions,we would love to hear from you.
