Job Summary Good communication skills and should be well conversant with clients, patients and other staff. -Maintenance of Microbiology lab day to day operations viz, analysis of Microbiology tests (routine and specialty Microbiology,), monitoring TAT, QC procedures, and maintaining department stocks etc. Responsibilities and Duties - One should be flexible to work in shifts (No night shifts) - Minimum 4-5 years of work experience in NABL accredited hospitals /labs. Department experience is mandatory. - Should be aware of NABL documentation, Quality Control protocols and result validation Key Skills looking for bright, Hardworking, focused and disciplined candidate with keen interest in learning new techniques and tests as and when required. Experience and Qualifications - Candidate should have M.Sc.
