Job Description

    Role Responsibility :Plant HR experience is MustEducation - MBA - HR (Premier B Schools)Sales HR : - Handling performance appraisals, training etc- Recruitment- Handling HR function for Sales teamEmployee Relations and Industrial Relations :- Establish an Employee Relations Policy for the company- Build capability in Plant HR- Liasoning with key government authorities in labour areas.- Lead the disciplinary action and related domestic enquiries into acts of misconduct- Developing capability in crisis management across divisionsEmployee Life-cycle and engagement :- Establish employee engagement framework for Divisions- Managing timely employee life-cycle processes for all divisions - including recruitment, training, performance management.- Establish and drive employee health and wellbeing program across divisions- Establish a framework for effective Grievance Management- Audit and evaluate the current manpower availability at all divisions- Monthly audit of divisionsLabour Laws and Statutory Compliances :- Responsible for plants HR Statutory Compliance- Ensure statutory compliances in Division by building capability in Plant HR, Line Managers, Contractors and effective partnering with Plant Heads- Effective implementation of compliance tracking systems and usage in divisions.- Managing contract workforce - ensuring compliances, and establishing processesReporting :The position has all the Plant HR TeamsThe position will be reporting to the Head -HR,
