Job Description

We are seeking an Aqua experienced (Prawn Processing Experience)and dynamic Quality Assurance/Quality Control Manager to lead our QA/QC team and ensure the highest standards of quality across our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of quality management principles, and a proven track record of implementing effective QA/QC programs. The QA/QC Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance and quality control, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.Responsibilities:Overall responsibility of the packing section quality activities.Responsible for maintain the product deviations and customer complaint records.Responsible to ensure quality of incoming raw materials and other raw materials.Checking to ensure the implementation of guidelines for cleaning and hygiene practices.Responsible for all finished. product Inspections and product packed in good sanitary conditions.Responsible for monitoring the QA activities carried out at during the processing and provide resources required for QA deportment.Managing the laboratory & Online Productions QC Persons, Handling of the Officers, Review of Product Inspection Reports, Conducting Internal Audits in timely manner and Handling of the External Audits Like BRC, BAP, IFS and other Social Compliance audits like SMETA, KROGER, ESG, Sysco etc. Daily activities reports to Management.A responsibility includes Handling of buyers and other officers like EIA, MPEDA etc. Conducting Plant periodic Audits, Review of Product InspectionReports, Monitoring of product quality etc. Handling of external audits.A responsibility includes Inspection of Raw Material& Finished Products , Testing of Antibiotic Residues, Microbiological analysis, Process controlInspection & Preparation of External Audit Documentation. Handling of external audits.Inspection & Analysis of on-line & finished products for both Organoleptic & Microbiological factors. Record keeping & EIA related Documentation works.Qualifications:1. Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry,) required, Masters degree preferred.2. Minimum of 5 - 10 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control roles, with at least 5 - 10 years in a leadership or management position.3. Strong understanding of quality management principles, methodologies, and best practice.4. Proven track record of implementing and managing quality assurance and quality control programs in a manufacturing or production environment.5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.6. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.7. Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve common goals.8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.9.
