The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG, coupled with a proven track record in sales and marketing leadership. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills to plan, recruit, train, motivate, and lead our sales and marketing team to aggressively establish and grow our brand presence in AP. and TG.Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to establish and grow our brand in AP and TG. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and achievement. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, understand consumer behavior, and stay ahead of industry trends. Brand Promotion: Drive brand awareness and loyalty through innovative marketing campaigns, partnerships, and promotional activities. Sales Growth: Set ambitious sales targets and lead the team to achieve and exceed them, ensuring our products reach a wider audience. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to enhance our market presence. Performance Monitoring: Regularly evaluate team performance, providing feedback, coaching, and support to ensure continuous improvement.Qualifications: Proven experience in sales and marketing leadership, preferably in the FMCG sector. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively.
