Job Description

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both kitchen and front-of-house management, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Culinary and Bakery:
    • Develop and maintain an innovative menu of cafe-style dishes and baked goods
    • Oversee food preparation, ensuring high quality and consistency
    • Manage inventory and order supplies for both kitchen and bakery
    • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards
    • Train and supervise kitchen and bakery staff
    1. Food and Beverage Service:
    • Manage front-of-house operations, including customer service and cash handling
    • Train and supervise service staff to maintain high standards of customer care
    • Implement and oversee quality control measures for all food and beverage items
    • Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly
    1. General Management:
    • Oversee daily cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures
    • Manage staff scheduling, hiring, and performance evaluations
    • Monitor and control costs, including food, labor, and operating expenses
    • Implement marketing strategies to increase cafe visibility and sales
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
    1. Technological Integration:
    • Train students on industry-standard software
    • Utilize learning management systems
    1. Administrative Duties:
    • Participate in program planning and promotion
    • Maintain accurate records
    • Foster interdepartmental collaboration
    1. Quality Assurance:
