Responsibilities:

  • Provide on- site support, resolving customer technical issues quickly and accurately as well as providing escalation assistance.

Skills:
  • Exposure / Familiarity with set- ups of Linux Systems.
  • Exposure to with Linux e- mail and internet access gateway systems.
  • Exposure to Linux - Windows Networking and Linux commands.
  • Knowledge of the TCP- IP protocol and TCP- IP Networks.
  • Above average English communication and documentation skills.
  • Own transport and valid driving license
