Job description
• Monitoring the Product quality conducting process control analysis for finished goods for the production operations. Foreseeing performance bottlenecks and initiating corrective measures to avoid re-occurrence.
• Managing the manufacturing operations by monitoring and implementation of the annual business planning, target setting and budgeting processes through leading a team of Executives, Supervisors, Operators and technicians.
• Identifying capacity limitations bottlenecks and process problems, reasons for production shortfall for taking corrective action.
• Undertaking troubleshooting de-bottlenecking of process/equipment to enhance productivity. Maintaining quality standards for incoming materials, ensuring stringent adherence to quality standards, norms practices, identifying gaps taking corrective action Monitoring of food Non-food procurement.
• • Handling production operations to ensure timely completion of production targets within pre-designated quantity, quality, safety, time and cost parameters Preparing SOP and implementing effective techniques to bring efficiency improve quality standards achieve maximum cost savings.
  • Effective resource planning for optimizing man machine utilization, reducing wastes for enhancing productivity and profitability.
  • Overseeing production related tasks including planning, control and trouble shooting.
  • Setting up production targets and achieve the same within time and cost Parameters.
