Job details : We are looking for an HR manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues Managing the recruitment and selection process Assess and develop training programs for new and existing employees Nurture a positive work environment Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive People oriented and results driven Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices Degree in Human Resources or related field Job Type: Full-time Experience: human resources: 4 years (Preferred) Education: Bachelors (Preferred)
