Job Description

    OverviewJyoti Limited is a professional organization with a dedicated and experienced team that is primarily responsible for motor and generator manufacturing. The role of a Senior Engineer/Assistant Manager in Research and Development is crucial to the organizations success. This individual will be responsible for driving innovation, developing new products, and enhancing existing ones. They play a critical role in keeping the company competitive in the market by staying updated on industry trends and applying cutting-edge technologies in their work.Key Responsibilities Lead and manage R&D projects from concept to commercialization Conduct research to identify new materials, processes, and technologies for product development Selection of bearings, Heat Exchangers and Shaft Necessary technical support to marketing department Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance, quality, and cost-effectiveness Review and interpret technical. specifications, standards, and regulations Participate in feasibility studies and risk assessments for new projects Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements Prepare and present progress reports, project updates, and technical findings to senior management Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including suppliers, research institutes, and universities Responsible for releasing the drawings & MBM Responsible for execution activities post order till dispatch Working in close coordination with electrical designRequired Qualifications Bachelors degree in engineering, Mechanical, or related field Candidate having experience in HT Motor Design Advanced Technical Knowledge. At least 8 years of experience in Research and Development, preferably in a relevant industry Demonstrated expertise in project management and product development processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proven track record of leading successful R&D projects from concept to market launch Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams In-depth knowledge of materials, processes, and technologies relevant to the industry Experience in intellectual property management and patent processesSkills: research,innovation,project management,product development,design,
