Educational qualification: B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical or Electrical or Chemical or Electronics or Equivalent) or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical or Chemical or Electronics)Work experience: Around 5 years to 10 years of relevant work experience as Production Shift-in-charge or in Production Department with Agro-chemical or Chemical or FMCG or Pharma Industry Should have knowledge of various formulations Should have good MS Excel & Computer Application KnowledgeKRAs: Supervise and execute daily production activity as per micro plan and check make shift wise production. If production is not achieved as per plant capacity due to break down generate SAP notification and inform to plant in charge/seniors. To resolve breakdown in minimum time, inform seniors, make alternate arrangements, and coordinate with Engineering Team and resolve issue and to do CAPA with Engineering team. To ensure working in line as per defined operational control and run process as per log sheet, standard operation procedure (SOP) and work instruction (WI) and record data in log sheet. To minimize change over time, perform decontamination of equipment as per procedure. To take RM and PM stock and inform to plant in charge for reservation of RM and PM. To control and reduce wastage during performing operation activities.
