As a Senior Sales Manager - Chemicals you are accountable for overall sales achievement & business development for global markets; leads market acquisition and retention strategies to maximize sales growth and optimize profits and product strategies supports business success.Key Skills -Post-graduate in Chemistry and MBA (Marketing) or equivalent with 13 years of experienceExposure to international markets and regulations of various countriesProficiency in implementing policies for the functionAbility to build distribution networks and customer base globallyStrong leadership skills and. ability to positively influence and inspire teamsExcellent presentation skills to conduct high level meetings with key clientsKnowledge of B2B and P2P businesses in the fragrance chemicals spaceKey Responsibilities -Contribute to developing long-term and short-term business strategy for the organizationPlan, organize and manage new global business opportunities and product portfolioDevelop annual sales & BD budgets and conduct rigorous performance reviewsDesign and implement strategic and tactical business solutions for all business opportunities and challenges across markets and regions already caters to, and within markets its yet to caterMeet assigned revenue targets and objectives with emphasis on developmental selling and new revenue streamsPromote company at industry forums and with global agenciesIdentify new partnership/alliance opportunities across geographies and drive towards making deals and maintain such relationshipsEstablish, develop and implement the companys BD & sales strategies and methodsDevelop marketing strategy and drive execution thru digital and conventional marketing initiativesDevelop and implement initiatives to build brand globallyAnalyze and develop strategies to identify new marketing opportunitiesParticipate at conferences and international fairs and other related eventsMaintain long term relationships with business partners, clients and company staffReceive and solve complaints about the productsConduct analyses related to potential initiatives, unmet opportunities, etc. to increase companys global presenceTo update R&D, SCM, Quality and Manufacturing about customer expectation, global changes and new products requirement from time to timeCollaborate with R&D to timely launch new productsProvide market feedback & strategy for new product developmentIdentification of current trends in the international market on innovative products that are already being marketed or in the pipelineTimely updates on significant development on BD activities and filingsCollaborate with SCM (logistics) team to ensure smooth deliveries of consignmentsEnsure compliance to documentation of all processes thru SAPCoordinate with Unit heads and quality for any audits, customer visits etc,
