• Job Title: Sales Associate - Vehicle FinanceCompany: Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC)Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Associate to join our Vehicle Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and promoting vehicle finance products to customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target potential customers for vehicle finance products.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Build and maintain relationships with car dealerships and other partners.
  • Provide customers with information about vehicle finance options, terms, and conditions.
  • Assist customers in completing loan applications and required documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries and concerns promptly.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in vehicle finance or a related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle finance products and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed.
