Job Description

    As a warehouse manager you will be responsible for end to end management of the client warehouse to deliver streamlined operations to them. The role will include managing manpower, setting up of warehousing processes, coordination with transporters, managing MHE & delivering as per client KPIs.Job Description Deliver end to end warehouse services as per client KPIs Ensure resource allocation and manpower utilization to meet dispatch requirements Maintain data on KPIs to ensure high loading TAT & manpower efficiency Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns. Identify growth opportunities and present solutions to clients. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Analyze key account performance metrics and provide regular reports to management. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Ensure seamless day-to-day. operations without any issues. Manage and coordinate the monthly billing process for vendors. Maintain adherence to client-specific KPI/SLAs, addressing any deviations promptly and effectively.Qualifications: Graduation, Engineering or MBA in Operation Management. Minimum 6 years of experience in warehouse management within the Tyre / automobile sector. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Strong leadership skills and ownership of issues Experience managing a warehouse with 150 people Ability to handle large number of supervisors and motivate them,
