Job Description

    Designation: IoT Product ManagerAbout the company: A leading US MNC into diversified productLocation: VadodaExperience: 6-10 years in Product and EngineeringQualification: MS in Computer Science/Electrical/TelecomCould be a combination of Mechanical engineering and worked in a IoT Software companyResponsibilities:Leads IIoT as a product ideation for creating the framework for all cross functions Legal, Security, Pricing, GTM, Value engineering, strategy and roadmap.Identify and evaluate growth opportunities, develop sound business cases and lead their implementation.Partner with Customer, Regional Sales and Operations team.Creating a detailed roadmap for the product lifecycle that includes specifying the product market and the needs it aims to fulfil, key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure the products performance, and the organizations Expectations from the product.Co-ordinate with the new product development team to take the necessary actions for. bringing the concept and strategy of a product to life.Guide product development project throughout the build/launch process to ensure delivery of the right product to market, within the agreed timescales.Execute the IoT strategy horizontally across BU with frameworks in legal, security, onboarding, life cycle management, technical decision matrix and executive approvals.Technical advisor to understand the niche targeted applications, customer process, implement right solution.Provide leadership as an IIoT SME, experienced in IoT platforms, PLC/HMI/SCADA, Industrial communication protocols, PCB EMS processes, Data Analytics, Data Transmission protocols, knowledge of Electronics and IoT hardware selection based on design requirements.Knowledge of Sensor technologies for IoT like vibration analysis, proximity sensor selections, optical sensor selections, co-relating with mechanical traits of the product.Technical Competency:Conceptulizing: A/B testing for IIoT solutions, pricing models, IoT technology, determining sample sizing and success criterias.Influencing stakeholder ecosystem: Leverage networks of customers, channel and key influencers in industry to develop avenues of future growth.Microsoft office: advanced skills of MS Excel, MS power point, MS project for managing day to day activities.Innovation and Creativity: Generates innovative solutions at work by trying different ways to approach a problem or an opportunity.
