Job Description

    HR RECRUITER (Work-from-Home)We are currently seeking an experienced HR recruiter to join our team in a remote work environment. As an HR recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet our clients hiring needs. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a proven track record in bulk hiring and target-oriented recruitment.Responsibilities:Collaborate with hiring managers to identify their staffing needs and understand job requirementsSource potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networksConduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for specific rolesManage the end-to-end recruitment process, including resume screening, conducting interviews, and coordinating with candidates for further assessmentsBuild and maintain a strong candidate network by proactively engaging with potential candidates and maintaining relationships with existing candidatesStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure effective talent acquisition strategiesMeet individual and team targets to ensure timely and efficient recruitment deliveryHandle recruitment-related documentation and maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking systemRequirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment consultancy, with a focus on bulk-hiringStrong command of the English language with excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentProven expertise in sourcing and attracting candidates through various channelsExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managersProficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment softwareSelf-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervisionA dedicated home office setup with a reliable internet connection and necessary equipmentWe offer a competitive salary of up to 25,000 INR, commensurate with experience and skills.If you are a highly motivated HR recruiter with a passion for talent acquisition and the ability to work remotely, we would love to hear from you.
