Job Description

    Job Summary :The Electrical Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient operation of electrical systems and equipment within the facility. This role involves performing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting electrical issues, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a BE / B. Tech in Electrical Engineering and 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenancefrom automobile, auto component, aluminium extrusion or related industries.Key Responsibilities :
    • Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for electrical systems and equipment to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
    • Corrective Maintenance: Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults, malfunctions, and breakdowns in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Inspection and Testing: Conduct regular inspections and testing of electrical systems and components to ensure they are functioning correctly and safely.
    • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and replacement of parts. Prepare reports on electrical maintenance performance.
    • Compliance: Ensure all electrical maintenance activities comply with industry standards, company policies, and safety regulations. Stay updated on relevant codes and regulations.
    • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the implementation of best practices in electrical maintenance.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with other maintenance team members, engineers, and production staff to address electrical issues and support overall facility operations.
    • Emergency Response: Provide support during emergency situations, including responding to electrical system failures and coordinating with external service providers as needed.
    Qualifications:
    • Education: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (BE Electrical) or a related field.
    • Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a automobile, auto component, aluminium extrusion or related industries.
    Note : The position will be on Third Party Contract on Authentic Staffing Agency Payroll
