Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced civil engineer to work in planning and expediting activities of our growing organization. In this position, he will be responsible for:-Civil design, Estimation of construction costs and risk analysis for projects

  • Derive the project schedule,
  • Prepare the QAP,
  • Prepare the bill of materials,
  • Study and implement the construction strategy,
  • Align procurement and expediting schedule with construction activities,
  • Forecast the materials and streamline the resource planning.
  • Define the specifications and analyse the technical proposal .
  • Interact with Purchase Engineers and Vendor for technical clarification.
  • Calculate budget cost estimates for equipment, labour, materials, and other expenditures
  • Perform tests on materials to ensure quality for projects
  • Follow-up with the vendors/buyer/shipping for timely deliveries with proper documents/resources & resolutions of post material issues wrt receipt/rejections/commissioning issues if any.
  • Participate in Order expediting, monitoring of procurement plan, budget control, open orders , pending indents and rejections/replacement if any.
  • Developing & Maintaining of MIS, (Global Tracking/Finance Planning) for end user & Management.
