Responsibilities Establish professional and deep relationships with key personnel in assignedcustomer accounts Leads account planning process that develops account strategy , financialtargets and critical milestones Lead and manage the end to end sales process through engagement ofappropriate resources such as Pre - Sales Consultants , Consulting , Executives , and Partners Defining appropriate ERP Value Propositions and driving the implementation ofsales and marketing campaigns Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs so you caneffectively position Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP Create and maintain a sales pipeline to hit and surpass goals withindesignated market sectors Engage with prospect organizations to position NAV solutions throughstrategic value - based selling , business case definition , ROI analysis , references and analyst data Generate short - term results whilst maintaining long - term perspective tomaximize overall revenue generation Accurate quarterly forecasting and revenue delivery Required Skills Ability to offer unique perspective by re framing and challenging the waycustomers view their business; know how to structure a sales pitch to highlightcustomer benefits before supplier strengths Adept at driving two way communication by clearly articulating valueproposition and teaching to customer s pain points Ability to quickly develop a deep knowledge of customer s business anddiscuss issues from multiple angles Understanding the decision making process and have the ability to influencekey decision makers Experience selling high end software solutions or consulting services toenterprise and mid market companies Ability to communicate on C - level and experience selling to senior levelbusiness owners is a strong asset Fluency in English Detailed Description andJob Requirements Primary job duty is to sell business applications software / solutions andrelated services to prospective and existing customers. Manage sales throughforecasting , account resource allocation , account strategy , and planning.Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application.Participate in the development , presentation and sales of a value proposition.Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Identify anddevelop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.Leading contributor individually and as a team member , providing direction andmentoring to others. Work is non - routine and very complex , involving theapplication of advanced technical / business skills in area of specialization. 5years applicable experience including 4 years of sales experience. Successfulsales track record. Ability to penetrate accounts , meet with stakeholderswithin accounts. Microsoft Product knowledge and / or knowledge of competitors.Interaction with C level players. Team player with strong interpersonal / communication skills. Excellent communication / negotiating / closing skills withprospects / customers. Travel may be needed. Bachelor degree or equivalent.,
