    Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)Legal Entity & Business Group: Deepak Chemtech Limited/OXOC Chemicals LimitedDepartment: Advanced Materials-Business Development ManagerLocation: VadodaraAdministrative Report & Functional Report: President-Advanced MaterialsJob Summary/ Position Purpose: Responsible for overall business development, new projects & opportunities for PAN India. Responsible for bridging between Customer/OEMs & DCTL/OXOC (R&D). Responsible for assessment of potential markets, product life cycle, planning, coordination of technical product development & development of product strategies. The primary focus will be on establishing & nurturing relationships with Key decision-makers to promote our product & services, ultimately contributing to the companys incremental growth objectives.Qualification & Experience Needed for This Job: Must have an engineering degree in Polymers/ Plastics from a reputed college/institute/CIPET. An additional MBA. (Marketing) degree will be an advantage. Proven track record of success in Business Development or Sales role, preferably within the Polymer or related manufacturing industry. Strong understanding of Automotive, Electrical & Appliance industries. Must have 12-15 years experience in sales & marketing/Business development of polymer/engineering polymers. Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skill. Result-oriented mind-set with a strategic approach to identifying & pursuing new business opportunities. Willingness to travel as needed.Major Tasks and Responsibilities: Develop & execute strategic business plan to penetrate new markets & acquire new customers. Present DCTL/OXOCs value proposition effectively, highlighting the benefits & competitive advantages of our product & services. Negotiate pricing, terms & contracts with prospective clients to secure profitable business opportunities. Build & maintain strong relationship with OEM, key stake holders including purchase managers, engineers & executives at target accounts. Understand the unique needs & challenges of each client & propose tailored solutions that align with DCTL/OXOC offering. Serve as primary point of contract for client inquiries, concerns and negotiations, ensuring a high level customer satisfaction. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, R&D, and production to align business development efforts with company objectives & capabilities. Provide regular updates & reports on sales activities, pipeline development, and market insights to senior management. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and technological advancements to identify new business opportunity & improve sales strategies. Continuously evaluate & optimize sales processes and practices to enhance efficiency & effectiveness. Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients & market trends within automotive, Electrical, Appliances & other related industry. Identify & prioritize target accounts based on strategic alignment & growth potential. Utilize various channels such as industry data bases, networking events & online platforms to generate leads,
