The incumbent will play a key role in the overall success of the organization by planning, managing, and monitoring the automation & control systems functions. Will be responsible for overseeing various engineering projects, processes, budgets, and timelines and making necessary adjustments in order to ensure successful completion.KRAsServe as the control systems / automation / instrumentation leader and technical expertCreate detailed engineering plans, processes, and proceduresPropose and oversee budgets and timelines for engineering projectsOversee the functioning of the engineering staff (lead, hire, train, and supervise engineers)Conduct various tests and quality assurance checksCommunicate and collaborate with other managers, suppliers, and contractorsPrepare and deliver various engineering-related presentations, both internally and externallyCandidate Profile: We are looking for BE/B.Tech with 10-18 years experience in automation, control-systems, instrumentation of equipment manufacturing organizations (e.g. equipments like boilers, chillers, heat exchangers , dryers, evaporators or equipment manufacturers for pharma/foods industries or materials-handling equipments for foods / pharma /other process industries). Some experience in design / engineering consultancy organisations is desirable.
