bJob Title: HR Executive (Non-IT Recruiter) Experience: 1 to 2 years Location: Vadapalani, Chennai Shift Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Notice Period: Immediate Joiner Leave Schedule: Sunday Fixed Leave, Only Third Saturday Leave Relevant Experience: 1 years Interview Mode: Face-to-Face (18.01.2024, 19.01.2024, 20.01.2024) Responsibilities: 1. Source and recruit candidates for non-IT positions within the organization. 2. Conduct screening interviews and assess candidates relevant skills and experience. 3. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements. 4. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and offer negotiation. 5. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and ongoing relationship management. 6. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. 7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and documentation. 8. Collaborate with various departments to understand their recruitment needs and provide effective HR support. 9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition. Qualifications: 1. bachelors degree in human resources or a related field. 2. Proven experience as a non-IT recruiter or HR executive, preferably in a corporate setting. 3. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 6. Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms. 7. Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: 144,000.00 - 300,000.00 per year Benefits:
