Take Initiatives.• Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.• Create accurate and insightful reports. Forecast Quarterly and Annual Sales.• Meet your Quarterly and Annual Sales Quota.Necessary Qualities • Hands on experience in Business Development for IT Services/ Mobile Applications/ Web Applications/ IOT/ Blockchain/ RPA/ Cloud Services.• Business and Software consulting skills.• Ability to understand clients business processes and recommend best suited technical solutions.• Proven experience in closing deals with mid to large enterprises as well as SMEs and StartUps.• Strict Adherence to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and making sure that they are communicated and implemented within the team.• Excellent technical and Business Acumen.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, negotiation skills.• Focused/ Organized/ CRM Savvy.• Maintaining accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, closed sales, and follow-up activities.• Self-Motivated who can operate with minimal/no supervision.• Strong and innovative approach to problem solving and finding solutions.• Ability to multi-task under pressure and work independently as well as with the team.• Positive outlook towards work and life.Qualification : Any graduate/PGExperience : 4-8 years
