Also,to be proactive to reach out to parents for continuous feedback in order to ensure customer satisfaction & optimum resultsTo ensure effective branding of the organization and events is done through various mediums asand when required after thorough negotiation with vendorsTo make proper utilization of reports and its effective analysis for Strategic thinking and executionTo ensure the motivation of the team, coordination between team members and working towards the organizational goal. Takes ownership of the Employees performance and retentionTo update (Verbally and/or written) your Reporting Manager on a routine basis for all relevant issues in marketing and HOTo ensure that branch is Corporate Guidelines CompliantTo take care of month-wise fee collection. Also to monitor pending fees and ensure follow- up is done for outstanding payments. Moreover, to ensure that refund and left-out cases are controlled to the minimumAdherence to all admin and academic compliance necessary for smooth functioning of the center. Ensuring that the branch gets a good audit rating Responsible for daily and fortnightly updateTo maintain accurate recordsResponsible for your allocated workload and must meet all targets as agreed with your Reporting Manager.
