Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Rotary equipments overhauling & alignment as per standards2. Leading a team of technicians and workers.3. Assigning tasks and ensuring the team adheres to safety and operational protocols.4. Coordinating and supervising the installation of Turbines & Generator during overhauling.5. Overseeing routine maintenance.6. Conducting inspections to identify and address potential issues.7. Diagnosing and resolving technical problems with turbines.8. Supervising the repair and replacement of faulty components.9. Ensuring that all repairs are performed according to industry standards and regulations.10. Ensuring all work is conducted following safety regulations and company policies.11. Managing inventory of tools, parts, and supplies.The role of a turbine foreman is critical in ensuring that turbines & aux operate reliably and efficiently, which is essential for the continuous and safe production of power.
