Job Description

    Job Roles: Sales Strategy Development: Creating sales plans, setting targets, devising strategies for international market expansion, evaluating potential distributors, and establishing partnerships. Performance Achievement: Achieving sales targets & meeting KPIs. Sales Forecasting: Forecasting sales volumes, analyzing trends, and adjusting strategies accordingly. Key Account Management: Cultivating relationships with key clients and ensuring customer satisfaction. Customer Feedback Analysis: Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to improve products and services. Conflict Resolution: Addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Channel Development: Identifying and developing distribution channels, dealerships, and partnerships worldwide. Trade Shows and Exhibitions: Representing the company at international trade shows, fostering relationships, and generating leads. Strategic Alliances: Collaborating with. strategic partners or agencies for market expansion and brand promotion. Sales Performance Analysis: Analyzing sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies. Sales Reporting: Generating periodic sales reports, presenting findings to the management, and making recommendations. Compliance Management: Ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, export-import laws, and industry standards. Travel: International travel to meet clients & attend trade shows.Qualification & Experience: B.Tech. Electronics MBA Marketing (Desirable) 8 to 10 years of extensive international markets sales experience preferably within the thermal instrumentation industry (Pyrometer, Thermal Imaging Cameras, Thermowell, RTD & Thermocouple or any other thermal instruments), with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. International Exposure: Demonstrated experience in international sales or managing sales operations in multiple countries, understanding diverse markets, cultures, and business practices. Instrumentation Industry: Desirable experience in selling technical instruments like thermal imaging cameras, temperature sensors or similar equipment, understanding their applications & functionalities. Relationship Management: Strong relationship-building skills, managing key accounts, fostering partnerships, and effectively communicating with stakeholders across various regions.Required Skills: Sales and Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in sales techniques, negotiation, and closing deals, with a strong focus on relationship-based selling. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, essential for building relationships across cultures and languages. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, data, and sales metrics to make informed decisions and adjust sales strategies. Cultural Sensitivity: Awareness of cultural differences and adaptability to work in diverse international environments.
