Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy and Planning:Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets for Glass Products.Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify newbusiness opportunities.Collaborate with senior management to set sales targets and develop sales budgets.1.Team Leadership:Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of telecallers to achieve individual and team salesgoals.Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement trainingprograms to enhance the teams skills and productivity.Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages innovation andcontinuous improvement.2.Sales Operations:Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales team, ensuring efficient workflow andadherence to sales processes.Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement andimplement corrective actions as needed.3.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials andcampaigns to support sales efforts.4.Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management. Provide timely and accurate sales data to support decision-making.5.Training and Development: Stay abreast of industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities.Conduct training sessions for the sales team to enhance product knowledge and sellingskills.6.Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in solar equipment or similar industry and sales management.
