Job descriptionRoles and Responsibilities :
• Plan and execute production activities to meet customer requirements, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Manage manpower effectively, allocating resources efficiently to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to engineering, operations, marketing, sales, SMS (Steel Melting Shop), CMM (Computerized Maintenance Management System), FI (Finished Goods Inventory) control systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Job Requirements :
• Strong understanding of steel manufacturing processes including melting shop operations.
• Proficiency in using CCM software for controlling production schedules.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members from various departments.
