• Purchase of Raw material (like iron ore, coal, Refractories, Scrap Dolomite Etc). Experience Domestic & International.Managing the procurement of
• MS and SS scrap
• Ferro Alloys like Ferro Chrome, Ferro Manganese, Ferro Silicon and Silico Manganese. Refractory for LRF, VOD furnace CCM Plant , Steel Melting shop comprising of EOF (energy optimising furnace) , Vacuum degassing unit , Ladle refining furnace (LRF), Billet Caster,Rolling Mill, Ferro alloys,Graphite electrodes , Lime , Mill Scale, , iron ore, scrap, other production and maintenance consumables , mini-max items , capital procurement and spares for running of 6.0 LacsMT per annum steel plant
• Finalization of all manpower and labour supply contracts , tonnage basis contract and procurement of capital equipment & spares for Utilities , Admin and Safety items etc.
• knowledge of mechanical engineering processes like Incoming Vendor development & management, Packaging development, ISO Audits and SAP MM
• Ferro Alloys like Ferro Chrome, Ferro Manganese, Ferro Silicon and Silico Manganese.
• Fluxes like Bauxite, Quartz, Hydrated lime, Imported Dolo lime and quick lime, Dolomite and limestone
• Metals like copper and Aluminium
• Micro Alloys like Aluminium cored wire, Calcium cored wired and Titanium Cored wire
