We are hiring for a Client in Insurance Sector.Position Title: Front Line Sales > Business Development Manager - Agency Channel - Insurance SalesPosition Level : ExecutiveLocations: JodhpurUdaipurPaliOnly local candidates are eligible.Those already in Insurance Sales Field sales also most eligible. Those in Field / Distribution Sales field from FMCG / Pharma Sectors can also apply.Key Role: Use your network, contacts and find leads. Make Individual Agents / Advisors and also make Agencies / partners who can sell Insurance Products.Its a B2B role. You have to manage Sales from Fund Advisors and Agencies. Monitor their Sales and ask for Target closures.Experience: Fresh Graduates to - 4 Years of sales Experience
1. Recruit Quality Fund Advisors or Agents.
2. Ensure performance standards of recruitment , activisation , policies & premium are met by the assigned agency managers
3. Maintain the profitability of the advisors.
4. Keep track on Advisors Contest and Clubs
5. Keep track on various training needs.
6. Sharing good Sales practices
7. Maintain the Sales Report on Introduction and Issued Busineses
