We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. This field-based role requires a dynamic individual who can execute marketing strategies, drive brand awareness, and generate leads through direct interactions with potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently.Key Responsibilities:• Client Acquisition: • Identify and approach potential clients in designated field areas.• Conduct face-to-face meetings to present digital marketing services and solutions.• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular visits and follow-ups.• Lead Generation: • Implement field marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.• Distribute marketing materials, conduct product demonstrations, and engage with prospects at events and on-site locations.• Collect and analyze feedback to improve marketing strategies and approaches.• Market Research: • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and local market conditions.• Provide insights and recommendations based on field observations and market analysis.• Brand Promotion: • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and local community activities.• Promote the companys brand and services through direct interactions with potential clients.• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with overall marketing strategies.• Sales Support: • Assist the sales team with the development of proposals and presentations.• Provide on-the-ground support for sales initiatives and campaigns.• Track and report on field marketing activities and outcomes.• Customer Relationship Management: • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system.• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.• Develop long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.• Training and Development: • Continuously update knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and effectiveness in the field.• Share insights and learnings with the marketing team to foster continuous improvement.Skills and Qualifications:• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.• Proven experience in field marketing, sales, or a similar role.• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.• Willingness to travel extensively within the designated area.• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: 10,000.00 - 25,000.00 per monthBenefits:• Cell phone reimbursementSchedule:• Day shiftSupplemental pay types:• Commission pay• Performance bonusApplication Question(s):• Field Job - Client MeetingsExperience:• total work: 1 year (Preferred)Willingness to travel:• 100% (Preferred)Work Location: In person
