Team/ BAU Management:This role is to support the Shared services team in Dubai, ensuring that the team delivers on the BAU responsibilities efficiently and in a controlled environment.BAU processes include the following:• Processing all transactions for Account Opening, Remittances, Clearing, Payroll and Enquiries• Ensure timely completion of all transactions• Maintain and reconcile the volumes received and processed• To assist and provide support to Line Manager on ad-hoc projects• Ensure that all transactions are executed with proper approvals wherever required• Provide accurate daily EOD reportingStrict adherence to controls implemented across shared service unit.Provide effective support to department head in managing Business and Client requirements.Provide support for the regular review and update of Operating Procedures in the team, ensuring changes to processes are updated and documented.Support the team in all audit engagements, risk reviews and process review as and when requiredQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEa) Minimum 15 years of relevant working experience in Operations, preferably with reputable Banking institutions. UAE Experience is preferred.b) Prior experience in establishing new controls and set up would be an added advantage;c) Certification in Banking will be an advantaged) A strong team manager and ability to handle stressful environment.
