We co-create and execute the future vision of 400 clients with the help of our 44,000 employees.Responsibilities / Accountabilities - Manage end to end training for the aligned F & A processes including new hire training, BAU interventions, for a span of 400 FTEs across 2-3 accounts - Manage multiple stakeholders - Create and maintain detailed training MI and documentation - Design, Develop and Deliver training on F&A product and process training on a need basis - Adhere to signed off Training Standard Documents, Governance Plans and any other prescribed regulations - Manage a team of core trainers QualificationsKnowledge & Qualification - Graduate in Commerce - Proficient in the Finance and Accounting domain, with exposure to the BPO/BPM industry. Preferred Certification - Finance and Accounting Certification
