Job Description

    We are looking for a Sales Manager in Affordable Housing Finance department for Indias Leading Finance Company.Job Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Generate a Business for Affordable Housing Loans, LAP, and Others from Open Market
    • Executing marketing initiatives and advertising campaigns in order to generate leads
    • Build and maintain a relationship with DSA, DST, Builders, etc.
    • Daily client meetings, updating client information in the app, and converting leads.
    • Collecting the necessary customer documentation, such as the NOI and the KYC, preparing the paperwork, and making sure all the other requirements are completed.
    • Coordinating to complete procedures with the credit, legal, and technical teams
    • Preparing the file for sanction
    • Collaborating with BSM and locating the appropriate files.
    • Make sure that all corporate rules, processes, and standards are followed to the letter, as well as any legal and governmental requirements.
    • Keeping in touch with consumers, builders, and connectors
    Desired Candidates Profile:
    • Any Graduation / Post Graduation
    • Minimum 1 to 5 Years of sales experience in Affordable Housing Departments
    • Strong expertise in selling financial products
    • Knowledge of Financial Products rules and regulations
    • Minimum 1 Years stability in previous experience
    • Good Communication and Presentation Skills
