We help scale marketing efforts through technology, automation, and machine learning. Through experimentation and data engineering, we establish relationships between marketing initiatives and company goals. We partner with marketing teams to enhance outcomes using insights from scaling and discovery initiatives.Responsibilities
• Handle diverse data engineering tasks, including extraction, cleansing, processing, feature engineering, integrity checks, and dataset maintenance.
• Prototype, architect, and build tools (web applications, software systems) to automate and/or scale marketing processes
• Develop and deploy solutions to marketing problems using models based on machine learning, statistics, and optimization
• Conceptualize and create datasets from raw data to be used for quantitative techniques and/or model building
• Share findings with stakeholders to shape business and marketing recommendations, offering clear documentation of tools, methods, and datasets.
• Be up to date on how Indeed products work (logging, tracking, etc) and business goals
Skills/Competencies
• 3 years of work experience in data science, machine learning, data engineering, or analytics roles
• Proficiency in working with SQL and/or NoSQL database technologies
• Working knowledge of algorithms and data structures
• Proficiency with data toolkits such as PyData or Tidyverse
• Understanding of underlying mathematical foundations of statistics, machine learning, optimization, and analytics
*Education Requirement*: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Physics, Machine Learning, Math, Bioinformatics, Engineering, or equivalent work experience in a technical role
