Company:Leading General Insurance.Role: Branch Manager - Agency - HealthLocation: Anantapur / Tirupati / Ongole / Kadapa. BroadResponsibilities -
1. Acquiring new health agents on a regular basis. Licensing and tracking activation of the same regularly.
2. Handling the health retail product.
3. Maintaining relationships with health agents.
4. Coordinating with other departments such as U/W, Claims, & Operations.
5. To solve problems/issues proactively and develop a strong relationship with the health agents.
6. To meet agents, Lead Providers, intermediaries on a regular basis and maintain records of the same in a planned manner.
7. Coordinating with all team members in planning and conducting agents meets, health camps, eye checkup camps and other marketing activities on a regular basis.
8. Training & motivating the health agents to qualify for contests and thus bring in incremental business.
Ideal candidate:
• Full-time Graduate/Postgraduate
• MBA preferable marketing
• 2 years experience working in Life Insurance, Health Insurance, or General Insurance in Agency Sales.
