Preparing Job Description for smooth and relevant hiringReviewing resumes and applications and sourcing candidates from job portalsConducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process.Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalitiesMaintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employeeMaintaining HR records, such as Attendance, Leaves, Holidays etcRecording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality.Training new or existing employees and communicating and explaining the organizations HR policies to the employeesConducting various welfare activities and employee engagement activities.Preparation of salary statements and Handling the full and final settlement of the employees and conducting exit interviews accordingly.Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, increment salary slip, leave encashment and full and final settlements.Conducting yearly appraisals and ensuring the process runs smoothly.Resolving grievances or queries that any of the employees have and escalating to the right level depending on the nature of the grievance or issuePreparing letters such as Offer, Appointment and Confirmation.Implementing and administering performance management processes as per the PMS policy and timelinesAny other work allotted by the management.
