Job Description

JobSummary:The CrossOSTS Support Lead in On-site Technology Support organization will haveresponsibility to support the Global On-site Technology support leader andthe leadership team with a variety of activities that benefit the broaderOn-site Technology Support organization. This includes but is not limited to financial oversight andgovernance, townhalls, managing our headcount requirements, communications,understanding reporting requirements and ensuring the right information isavailable, tracking of our goals and KPIs, keeping our Sharepoint and Yammersites current, and coordinating with the EUTx Chief Of Staff in areas thatrequire notification up and out through the EY Technology organization. They will have a team of individuals whocan support them in the delivery of these Cross OSTS services. They will needto work closely with EUTx Chief of staff, Finance, Business Management, aswell as other teams and their peers to deliver according to expectations.Thisrole will ensure that the OSTS organization is getting the right level ofcommunication, the data they need to ensure they are in compliance with KPIsand SLAs, and will provide not only the reporting but analytics that cansupport the leadership team in driving improvements.EssentialFunctions of the Job:

  • Based on coordination across OSTSleadership build, compile and functionbalanced score card, track progress against and ensure monthly read-out toOSTS leadership on it. Develop amonthly update for all OSTS organization to understand progress towardsgoals. Be proactive and considerchanges to KPIs or approach to meeting KPIs and drive communication of suchto appropriate audience.
  • Ensure supporting functions deliver to needs,improve their delivery.
  • Ensure we have a proper townhall andcommunications cadence to the entire organization driving improvements basedon feedback and lessons learned.
  • Collate, manage and provide monthly story onOSTS accomplishments.
  • Participate on behalf of OSTS organization intactical and practical forums ensuring OSTS leadership is kept informed
  • Prepare, build agenda, and host all town hallmeetings
  • Collate, Manage and optimize output towardscritical platforms (the functions story) including OSTS and EUTx.
  • Coordinate compilation of sub function 3-5years plans and elevate to ongoing maintenance of functions strategy
  • Coordinate compilation of SWOT and TalentReview and ensure ongoing updates.
  • Manage and track - with support of finance budgetP&L and headcount replacement
  • Oversee internal function communications
  • Serves as subjectmatter expert, provides oversight, anddevelops metrics
Direct management of staffto the highest level of performance, selects and recommends hires, alignsresponsibilities and objectives to abilities and coaches performance toachieve success. Responsible for career counseling, yearly performancereviews, coaching, salaries, training etc.Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities:The role requires a strong analytical and business acumen and solution orientation to understand the nuances of EUTX services across geographic regions as well as to guide appropriate changes, solutions and services within the directives of the role s strategic remit. Utilizes knowledge of culture, people behavior, financial management, service delivery and technology to prepare for executive decisions. The role additionally requires consultative questioning, influence management and critical thinking skills to understand a current directive and recommend viable solutions that are both effective and supporting the value to the business.Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
  • An in-depth and detailed understanding of the OSTS organization is required to navigate the organization effectively
  • Basic financial concepts including relevant accounting principles
  • Evaluate the organization s financial performance, identify and explain variances, highlight potential expense risks and opportunities. Take corrective actions to improve.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with diverse audiences
  • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders
  • Participation in program implementation and management
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
Other Requirements:The role may also require the periodic allocation of additional time on the job to support multiple demands and escalating issues and some travel to support change or planned project activities. Limited travel will be requiredJob Requirements:Education:Bachelor or Master degree in Computer, Industrial Design, Psychology, Facilities Management or comparable job experiences.Experience:Approximately 5-8 years of experience in a comparable role in the Technology Space.Certification Requirements:Technical certifications are not required but will be considered a plus, especially if it s closely related to the disciplines referred to above.,
