Job Description

Instrumentation Engineer are responsible for the operation & maintaining of measuring instruments that are used for our production systems. This typically involves improving system productivity, reliability, safety, optimization and stability.Instrumentation Engineer support the instrument and control equipment both onshore and offshore to ensure that it remains efficient and productive.As an Instrumentation Engineer, you will play an instrumental role in the design, development, maintenance and installation of the gadgets and contraptions which are used to manage and regulate engineering processes. Control and instrumentation is all about efficiency and safety. As an instrumentation engineer, you will be responsible for maintenance and developing new systems and devices which will be used to control, monitor and regulate our industrial processes and production operations.Furthermore, you will be the expert engineer responsible for the maintenance of existing gadgets and the overseeing of any essential adjustments which need to be made. You may also be responsible for overseeing testing procedures, writing reports and making sure that the instruments develop or Install comply with quality standards and safety regulations.Typical Duties

  • Provides technical support and guidance to Offshore/Onshore or on site teams.
  • Monitors the performance of the electrical, instrument, automation and communication systems.
  • Ensures that electrical and electronic systems meet statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Carries out manual and computer analysis.
  • Reviews and comments on supplier information and assist with inspection and testing.
