Job Description

  • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our human resources team.
  • The HR Executive will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
RequirementsRecruitment and Onboarding:
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to fill open positions.
  • Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
Employee Relations:
  • Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation between employees when necessary.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.
Performance Management:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
  • Support managers in conducting performance reviews and setting employee goals.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to employees to help them improve their performance.
Training and Development:
  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee training programs.
  • Organize workshops, seminars, and other professional development activities.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Administer payroll and ensure timely and accurate payment to employees.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and participate in compensation surveys.
HR Administration:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
