Job Description

It also caters to event management for corporates. And organise sports events. Usually do bulk bookings or individual travel bookings.HEadquartered in London, they have branches in various countries like Singapore , Hongkong . They have a fully functional IT departmentJOB SPECIFICATION:Designation: SQL/ETL DeveloperLocation: Bhandup (W)Work days and time--5 days a week and 11-7.30 pmKEY RESPONSIBILTES:
    • Resource will be supporting Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse setup
    • General production support including SQL querying databases, SQL Server Integration Services, creating reports, SQL Server Reporting Services Data Investigation and reporting
    • Strong aptitude in writing SQL code and debugging (stored procedures and functions)
    • Skills in ETL job creation, scheduling and monitoring using SQL Server Job Agent and experience in supporting production systems
    • Experience of performance tuning, query optimization
    • Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills
    • Prior development experience in a data warehousing environment
    • Good to have knowledge in developing SSIS packages
    • Good to have knowledge of any Reporting Tools
    COMPETENCIES:
    • Operating Systems: Windows Server 2003 / 2000 / XP
    • Programming Language : MS SQL
    • Database: SQL Server 2005/8/12
    • Data Integration Tools: MS SQL Server SSIS
    • Reporting Tools : Business Objects 4.1 or higher (Good to have)
    EDUCATION:
    • Bachelors degree in computer science or other related field.
