Job Description

    Urgent requirement of Assistant Manager Estimation At Bhiwandi LocationQualification :-BE Production/Mechanical. Production preferableJob Skills Required:-
    1. Sound knowledge of Manufacturing processes & sequences- fabrication, welding, machining, heat treatments for small parts to big size components
    2. Should have atleast 5 years experience in manufacturing departments/ estimation of custom built equipment to OEM drawings/ specifications.
    3. Should be able to understand the RFQ requirements, organize the technical documentation as per customer BOM
    4. Should be good in excel and other Microsoft applications.
    5. Should have good knowledge of material prices, fabrication, machining, assembly, piping hours/ costs, heat treatment costs on per kg basis, etc.
    6. Should be able to work independently from receipt of RFQ documentation to estimation of complete equipment in steel rolling and processing lines with clarity in scope and deviations if any to the customer/ drawing requirements.
    7. Job with entail also discussing with vendors for commercial parts and also internal production department for critical components.
