Cards/ mobile/ laptop, bank a/c etc.)Coordination for various welfare activities such as Picnics, Entertainment Parties and Annual Gathering of employees.To furnish inputs to accounts dept on monthly expenses for all employees.Managing and overseeing other admin related activities.Leave and comp off management.Data managementEmployee exit formalities.Handling and resolving employee grievancesPerformance management and developmentDay to day updates to management.Carry out any other job-related activities as and when deemed necessary.
