Job Description

    Responsibilities:Client Onboarding:
    1. Assisting in new client onboarding, transition and HR operations
    2. Coordination with clients for setting up the with their HR policies, payroll set up and compliance requirement.
    Client Coordination
    1. Weekly and monthly client review
    2. Operating as one point of contact to the client for any HR operations related work
    Collaboration
    1. Interact && maintain excellent relationships with our clients by ensuring proactive solutions &&
    2. support for all their HR related queries
    3. Coordinate with internal departments for any kind of support required for servicing the client successfully
    Operations
    1. Taking care of On boarding, joining formalities, documentation etc. for successful joining of candidates at clients place
    2. Issuing of various letters to the candidates on behalf of clients such as Offer Letters, Appointment Letters & ID Cards etc.
    3. Handle employee engagement & grievances etc.
    4. Coordination with clients for attendance & leave records & forward the same to the payroll team for processing.
    5. Interact & maintain excellent relationships with our clients by ensuring proactive solutions & support for all their HR related queries
    6. Coordinate with internal departments for any kind of support required for servicing the client successfully
    7. Must have strong knowledge of payroll compliance. Compliance like PF, ESIC. PT, Posh LWF, compliance under shop act ( like leaves, holidays etc)
    8. Train the team on best practices & processes in HR
    Requirements:
    1. Should have understanding and knowledge about standard HR process
    2. Must have excellent verbal && written communication skills
    3. Bachelors degree in human resource management (or related field)
