Job Description

    - Business Development ExecutiveResponsibilities/ KRA
    • Present or deliver company information to potential client via call, email or during Meetings.
    • Fix meetings with potential clients/ SPOCs to analyze scope of business generation.
    • Maintain consistent contact with existing clients SPOCs and farm them.
    • Manage sales pipeline.
    • Track prospecting clients regularly by maintaining follow up trackers.
    • Research current hiring trends to keep up with the industry.
    • Handle entire sales cycle that includes, empanelment discussion, handling negotiations, Executing Contracts, Liaison with Stakeholders for delivery and hurdles, follow up with clients for payments release.
    Requirements
    • Any graduate & PGDM candidates can apply
    • Minimum 3 months of Sales Experience, or any Recruitment Executive who wants to switch from Recruitment to Sales.
    • Freshers are also welcome.
    • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
    • Candidate must have strong presentation skills and well groomed appearance.
    • Candidate should be comfortable traveling across city for meetings.
